GREEN STRATEGIES FOR BUILDING DESIGN

This module introduces passive sustainable design strategies in architecture, focusing on how elements such as orientation, natural ventilation, daylighting, and material choice can enhance spatial quality and environmental performance. Through case studies, students analyse real-world applications of these strategies and their impact on user experience. The knowledge gained will be applied to inform and enrich students’ own architectural studio projects.
